It pairs a 200J steel toe cap and protective scuff cap with a 145mm cowhide water-resistant nubuck upper, so you get classic dealer-boot convenience with genuine Steel Blue comfort and protection.

Sizing & fit
Steel Blue boots are true to size — order the same size as your usual trainer. If you’re a half size, we recommend sizing down (we rarely get these exchanged for being too small). If the fit isn’t right, send them back and we’ll exchange them for the size you need at no extra cost.
How to look after your boots
- Treat them with Steel Blue Dubbin for extra protection and to condition the leather.
- Note: the Sand nubuck naturally lightens with wear to a softer, sandy tone. This is normal and doesn’t affect performance.

A dealer boot is a pull-on, elastic-sided boot with no laces and no zip. Stretchy gussets on each side let you pull the boot on and off easily while keeping it secure on the foot. The Hobart is Steel Blue’s first dealer boot in the UK, combining that classic convenience with a 200J steel toe and full S3 safety.
Do elastic-sided (dealer) boots stay on well?
Yes. The elastic gussets flex to grip your foot and ankle, so the boot stays secure while still being quick to pull on and off. With no laces, there’s nothing to come undone, snag or catch — a real advantage around machinery and on busy sites.
Are Steel Blue Hobart boots true to size?

Do you offer next day delivery?
Yes we do, for £6.50 and if you order before 2pm, you’re order should arrive the next day with Royal Mail or Parcel force.
Boot orders over £110 get free next day delivery. Steel Blue Boots and Mongrel Boots get free express postage.
How do I return or exchange my items?
We recommend for any exchanges, you purchase the size you're after and then return your current pair for a refund. This saves time waiting for your new item to arrive.
We know buying footwear and workwear online can be difficult, so we try to make returns as easy as possible. You arrange the return postage back to us, which is how we keep our express delivery free.

Do you ship to Europe and Ireland?
Unfortunately not, we do ship to Northern Ireland however due to brexit and the complications with shipping and then duties costs, we find it better for customers to try and find a local supplier as it will save you money on duties.
Northern Ireland customers do not have to pay duties as you’re part of the United Kingdom and postage is the same as the mainland.
My boots are faulty within the 6 month warranty period, what do I need to do to submit a claim?
