BIG Boots UK Returns Policy.
REQUEST A RETURN OR REFUND
Please print and fill in the returns form download here, and head to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to print out a shipping label. Then bag your return up, put the returns form into the box along with your items and take to the nearest post office. Easy as!
Please note: Please make sure the Boots or Workwear are in original unworn condition, tags attached and the box is intact! Please make sure the parcel is returned in a satchel and not taped directly on the box as tape will rip the box and we will not refund or exchange for any damaged boxes caused by tape being applied directly to the box.

Once the package has been received, we will check over the goods and issue a refund within 10-14 business days. This timeline isn't chosen by us unfortunately, this is the bank when issuing refunds. They live in the stone age and take an age to process refunds. We've never not refunded anyone, we only hold funds if the T & C's aren't followed above.
Wrong Size? No Worries.
We want your boots or clothing to fit comfortably and provide you with the protection and comfort you deserve.
If you would like to exchange for a different size, the best way to do this and quickest way to get your new products is to buy the item you're after and return the item you no longer require for a refund.
Please note: Exchanges can take a while to process. We strongly recommend buying the size you're after and returning your other item for a refund, this can save up to 10 days in processing. We'd love to be quicker but as a husband and wife team, we don't have the power of BIG businesses..... yet..

All items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition with tags attached to the boots and must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Once we have received the goods and determine that they are in a resellable condition, we will send you out the size you require at no extra cost!
