If you would like to return your boots, you must notify Big Boots via email within 14 days of purchase date. After you notify us, please arrange to return the item within 14 days. Return postage will be at the customers expense and all items must be in their original packaging.Ā
Once we have received the goods and determine that they are in a resellable condition, we will issue a refund within 7 business days.Ā
Shopify collective (wholesale B2B) customers must pay for the return and a restocking fee.Ā
