Saw these at the ELEX show, Ryan didnt have my size on site so he sent them out to me. They arrived in two working days and the comfort and fit is amazing.
When I need another pair I'll certainly order them from Big Boots again.
I was a little concerned that I hadn’t had a chance to try them on before starting on site but I soon realised this was unnecessary. Straight out of the box they felt like I’d been wearing them for months and they’d moulded to my feet in that strange symbiotic way that an old pair of boots seem to do. The fit is absolutely spot on even with my wide feet. Even after a long day when I thought my feet would be horribly sweaty I took them off and felt like I’d been walking around barefoot all day. Sounds corny but the only regret I have is all the cheap pairs of boots I’ve made the mistake of buying in the past. These are without a doubt the most comfortable pair of footwear I have ever had the pleasure to wear.
Absolutely love them, literally the most comfortable thing I’ve ever had on my feet.

Do you offer next day delivery?
Yes we do, for £6.50 and if you order before 2pm, you’re order should arrive the next day with DPD
How do I return or exchange my items?
We recommend for any exchanges, you should purchase the size you're after and then return your current pair for a refund. This will save time for your new item to arrive.
We offer free returns and exchanges as we know it's difficult to buy clothing and boots online.

Do you ship to Europe and Ireland?
Unfortunately not, we do ship to Northern Ireland however due to brexit and the complications with shipping and then duties costs, we find it better for customers to try and find a local supplier as it will save you money on duties.
Northern Ireland does not have to pay duties as you’re part of the United Kingdom and postage is the same as the mainland.
My Steel Blue Boots are faulty within the 6 month warranty period, what do I need to do to submit a claim?
