Competition Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions, and by participating, all competition participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions.

The Prize
- There is 1x Ryanair Gift Card valued at £250 available to win. The Gift Card can be redeemed on Ryanair.com or via the app. The prize may be issued in digital or physical format. The Gift Card will be valid for 1 year from the Card issue date. The card code is valid until fully redeemed within the expiry date. If you don't use all of your Gift Card balance at one time, you can use your Gift Card code for future transactions within the expiry date. Who Can Enter
4. The competition is open to residents of the UK only.
5. Entrants must be aged 18 years or older at the closing date.
6. The winner will be required to have a valid passport.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify winners and ask for proof of identity, age and address and to withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions.
8. Where a winner does not wish to accept the prize or does not satisfy the above requirements, they forfeit any and all claims to the prize.
How To Enter
9. Every person who purchases an item of Elwood Workwear from www.bigboots.co.uk or www.elwoodworkwear.co.uk from Thursday 1 June 2023 until midnight on Friday 30 June 2023 will automatically be entered into the competition.
10. Multiple entries are permitted. Every item purchased within the competition duration equates to one entry. However any refunded items will not be counted as an entry.
11. A winner will be selected within 30 days of competition close and announced on BIG Boots UK’s Instagram and Facebook account, plus Elwood Workwear’s Instagram account.
12. The winner must acknowledge communication of their win and provide proof of a valid passport within 48 hours of BIG Safety Ltd (trading as BIG Boots UK) contacting them to advise that they are the winner. If the winner does not comply with the competition rules, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
13. Should the winner accept the prize, they agree that BIG Safety Ltd may use their name to announce the winner of this promotion and for any reasonable and related promotional purposes.
Conditions
14. BIG Safety Ltd is not responsible for lost, delayed or illegible entries, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, and computer hardware or software failure of any kind. BIG Safety Ltd’s decision is final, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
15. By entering, you agree that any personal information provided by you in connection with this promotion may be held and used by Big Safety Ltd (trading as BIG Boots UK) or its agents and suppliers to administer the promotion and for internal reporting purposes.
16. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
17. The prize cannot be returned for a cash refund and no monetary alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
18. If an entrant is found to have used a false name or details, this will result in disqualification.
19. The promoter will not be responsible for any prize that does not reach the winner for reasons that are beyond the promoter’s reasonable control.
20. The winner agrees that the prize goods are for personal use only and must not be resold. If it transpires that the prize goods have been resold the promoter reserves the right to invoice the winner for the goods at full price.
21. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
22. After receipt of the prizes, if you send us images (via email or social media), you are providing your consent for us to use these images for all marketing purposes (if deemed suitable by us).
23. Entering this competition does not affect your statutory rights.
