SIZING RECOMMENDATIONS
Steel Blue Boots are very true to size when it comes to their fit. We recommend whatever size trainer you wear, is the size of boots you should purchase. If you're a half size, we recommend you buy the smaller size. We don't get many exchanged for being too small.
If the work boots don't fit, please send them back and we'll exchange them for the size you require for no extra cost.

Bought my Steel Blues back in January 2022. I wear them five days a week at work across a range of industries from warehousing to quarries, and here I am in April 2024 with the same boots still going strong so I thought a second review was in order.
Externally, there's still plenty of life left in them as you can see from the photo. They're still really comfy and the only part to have worn out is the lining in the heel which is probably to be expected, given it's normally the first part to go on any of my boots and shoes. I give them a polish every couple of weeks which has hopefully helped them last.
When it comes to replacement time, I'll be buying another pair of these for sure.

Do you offer next day delivery?
Yes we do, for £6.50 and if you order before 2pm, you’re order should arrive the next day with DPD
How do I return or exchange my items?
We recommend for any exchanges, you should purchase the size you're after and then return your current pair for a refund. This will save time for your new item to arrive.
We offer free returns and exchanges as we know it's difficult to buy clothing and boots online.

Do you ship to Europe and Ireland?
Unfortunately not, we do ship to Northern Ireland however due to brexit and the complications with shipping and then duties costs, we find it better for customers to try and find a local supplier as it will save you money on duties.
Northern Ireland does not have to pay duties as you’re part of the United Kingdom and postage is the same as the mainland.
My Steel Blue Boots are faulty within the 6 month warranty period, what do I need to do to submit a claim?

Do you have a physical store?
No, unfortunately we don’t. However if you are looking for a fitting day or would like to try before you buy, give us a call and we’ll see if we can catch up and I (Ryan) will even shout you a coffee.
